A Start-up company that handles all kind of events from planning to execution of weddings, corporate event, birthdays, engagements, gala dinners, festivals, bridal tables, welcoming baby tables, chocolate branding and balloons.
-Liaise with the Managing Director to find out the event requirements.
-Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal, obligations, staffing and budgets)
Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire
-manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)
-Liaise with media partners to publicize and promote the event.
-Manage all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and delegate packs
-Research opportunities for new events.
