• Cost Analysis for the above-mentioned packages comparing the contract cost (Dry cost, indirect cost & markup -
profit) against the actual cost from the financial department (using Sage program), forecasting the estimate to
complete and found variance items which having gain or loss.
• Preparing monthly cost report which include: detailed cost, sub contract log, purchasing log, equipment log,
material movement, inventory which effect on the actual cost.
• Preparing cost plan for the end of the project including forecasting for labor, material, equipment cost
• Preparing cash flow for above mentioned packages for on/off shore payment and forecasting the future payment
according to the progress.
