- Support due diligence on existing and potential investments including collection of company/investment information, analyzing operating and financial performance, researching industry and competitive dynamics, and coordinating outside advisors;
- Build financial models;
- Assist in developing transaction fund raising material, including pitch books, teasers, information memorandums and management presentations;
- Follow up with key personnel on all aspects of the Company’s investments;
- Draft and write reports for management;
- Meet with and provide information and recommendations to managers;
o Prepare company Budget in order to predict future performance and determine the financial health of company through performing thorough market analysis and review budget against actual performance every period.
o Evaluate the financial health of the company and give recommendations that help in decision making.
o Prepare Company 5-Year Strategic Business Plan.
o Work collaboratively with Deputy CEO & Financial Manager to deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting, forecasting and analysis of the business; and identify business and financial risk and opportunities.
o Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
o Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of development in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory.
o Prepare plans of action for investment based on financial analyses.
o Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries.
o Study, Analyze & Recommend investments and investment timing to companies, investment firm staff, or the investing public.
o Monitor fundamental economic, industrial, and cooperate developments through the analysis of information obtained form financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, and personal interviews.
o Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs illustrating technical reports, using computer.
o Handle different financial spreadsheets and process financial reports.
o Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences.
o Prepare company performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually) & achievement reports.
o Help prepare the Management Report.
o Help prepare company policies based on thorough analysis (Incentive Policy, Dealing Error Policy).
o Worked as Coordinator at the International Desk.
o Prepare Performance & Revenue-Cost Reports.
o Performs other related duties as assigned by management as needed.
o Application of sound accounting and analytical techniques in order to generate performance, liquidity and solvency ratios.

• Working as a Research Assistant at the Financial Trading Centre (FTC) at Kuwait University since October 2008 till February 2010.
• Giving training courses for Students in Kuwait University in Reuters 3000Xtra Software.
• Developing an E-learning section in the FTC website in a form of video-demonstrated-FAQs.
