• Providing HR support to outsourced employees
• Manpower planning with senior stakeholders
• Managing the end to end recruitment process from screening cv’s, interviewing, assessments and selection
• MIS and reports - joining reports, VISA update reports and attrition reports.
• Conducting exit interviews to decrease attrition
• VISA processing - ensuring the VISA department has all required documents from the candidate and coordinating this process.
• Managing candidates confirmation after probation
• Conducting appraisals with the assistance of line managers and giving recommendations for enhanced performance
• Induction and Exit formalities - helping an employee with on boarding and exit formalities.
• Payroll administration - ensuring correct and timely payment for all employees and assisting employees with any salary/increment/compensation related queries.
• Employee care - managing employee grievances, on boarding, day to day queries/requests form employees.
• Experience checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
• Explaining and advising on employment law
• Managing 6 monthly satisfaction surveys to ensure candidate happiness and wellbeing as well as evaluating results to improve processes and policies.
