• Add annual leaves on SAP to make sure of actual balance will be equal with balance on SAP
• Add resignations and promotion on SAP

Achievements: -
• With my leadership skill I argued with my director in a case of someone who turned his appraisal to 3 so by efforts he had a renewal for 3 months instead of termination
