In Sales & Inventory Management, I act as an online, outdoor, and indoor sales representative, oversees shop operations including inventory management, stocking, and order processing, and maintains accuracy in inventory records and stock levels. Furthermore, in Graphic Design & Social Media Management, I create visually appealing content using Canva Pro, manages social media platforms, and enhances brand visibility and engagement.
At @sxysshops, I spearheaded a dynamic social media strategy that enhanced audience interaction and bolstered brand visibility. Through compelling storytelling and consistent content quality, I fostered meaningful connections with the audience, driving engagement metrics and amplifying brand reach. Working collaboratively with team members, I ensured that the brand’s social media presence reflected its unique identity and values, resulting in increased brand loyalty and customer acquisition.
Managing social media for @connxagency, I strategically curated content that showcased the agency’s expertise and highlighted client successes. Adapting swiftly to platform algorithm changes, I optimized content strategies to ensure maximum reach and engagement. I worked as a Sales & Customer Service Representative at IQOS in Rabieh from October 2023 to February 2024. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Marketing at MUBS (Modern University for Business & Science), where I am gaining in-depth knowledge and practical skills in marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and business management.
