Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers inside and outside. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options. Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed. Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services. Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods. Preparing procurement reports. Managing and developing marketing campaigns. Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities. Weighs in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding. Maintains the departments budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost effective. Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed.
Follow up with sales team (Sales, Listing, FOC, Marketing, Branding
and Renting).
* Using Aswaq & Oracle Netsuite system.
* Making report of monthly sales and listing report of each brand we
have it in the company.
* Making orders, follow up the shipments and receiving it (logistics).
* Making budgets to spend it in the market.
* Study the cost and put margin for selling price.
* Using the company website (Listing, Pricing, follow up the orders and
Contacting with the customers).
Receiving payments (cash, K-net and Online).
* Monthly following up for installment payments.
