Responsibilities and Achievements:
* Communicate with factories managers to initiate the annual budget preparation
process.
* Prepare the annual budget according to the factories production capacity and sales
targets.
* Review the budget with the top management for approval.
* Analyze & monitor actual results versus budget on a weekly & monthly bases.
* Monitor the factories productivity and efficiency to meet the sales budget.
* Conduct monthly reports to present the factories performance.
* Conduct quarterly financial forecasts.
* Perform cost analysis for the garments styles.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
* Assist in carrying out quality audit in multiple industries.
* Assist in-charge in obtaining all necessary audit working papers and documentation
including researching and documenting facts and findings.
* Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to in - charge, managers
and partners.
* Systematically prepare documents and assembled financial statements in
accordance with IFRS
* Review financial statements and ascertaining compliance of accounting procedures
* Perform analytical procedures and reviews.
