Draft assurance policies and procedures
● interpret and implement quality assurance standards
● Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards
● Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording
and reporting quality data
● Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and
inspections systems
● Plan, conduct, and supervise test and inspection of
materials and products to ensure quality is maintained
● Take record of internal audits and other quality assurance
activities
● Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance
issues
● Collect and compile statistical quality data
● Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality
system

preventive actions
● · Organizes and coordinates implementation of project
plans to ensure compliance with overall strategic plans,
goals, and unit objectives, as well as maintenance of
optimal operating efficiency within the unit.
● · Establishes and implements short and long-term
goals and objectives to ensure that projects are
successfully completed in a timely and cost-effective
manner, and the end product is consistent with initial
requirements.
● Researches and analyzes best methods and practices
relative to achievement of specified unit goals and
operating objectives; designs and develops alternative
systems and procedures, as appropriate to the objectives
of the unit.
Maintain an updated client, customer, contractor, and
supplier management system
● Provide recommendations and suggestions for
improvements in any aspects relating to increased
performance.
● Help with the onboarding process
● Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and
procedures are followed.
● Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry
forecasts.
● Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal
work production across the board.
● Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a
robust candidate pipeline
● Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications,
and performing phone screenings
● Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and
managing to develop job postings, job descriptions, and
position requirements
● Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and
negotiating employment terms
● Manage onboarding and new hire process
● Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
● Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
● Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in
accordance with employment laws and regulations
