1. Documenting and implementing the Ministry of Health file and the quality inspection file.
2. Prepare and Compiles data for daily reports, monthly statistics, analysis, invoices, and financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
3. A permanent and daily review of the hospital system (DMS) and discovering the error in it and following up till solve the problem.
4. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences.
5. Coordinate arrangements, meetings /or conferences as assigned.

7. Receives all mail addressed to the CEO and handles it according to established procedures and responds to routine mail inquiries independently.

9. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
1. Member of Joint Commission institute (JCI) force team during JCI survey at SGH-Cairo.
2. Member of Trust. Effective Medicine. Optimized Services (Temos) Accreditation force team during Temos survey at SGH-Cairo.
3. Administration support director for tele-Radiology Unit.
4. Managing radiology department reporting room, editing and printing patients’ reports, CD & printing ultrasound films for patients including inpatients and outpatient.
5. Working on different hospital management systems including (Hospital information System) & (Paxera Health System).
6. Make daily and monthly statistics for the cases done in radiology departments from the Paxera System and the Hospital information System.
7. Monitoring and follow up all cases of interventional Radiology department with the visiting experts from inside and outside Egypt.
8. Preparing the financial statistics after calculating the visiting experts doctor fees and hospital percentage.
9. Making statistics of the performance indicators and all administrative work related to quality & safety.
10. Prepare the duty rosters for all the employees in the radiology department.
11. Arrange for orientation of new employees in the radiology department with the job description and duties and making full archive for nomination papers for each employee in the department and make a form & signed the employee about that.
12. Share in organization & monitoring any scientific conference or activity held in the hospital under the radiology department & Make complete statistic about the number and names of the attendees at the conference and sending invitations & and make software data base for attendees.
13. Preparing all requirements and documentation for Canadian accreditation.
