Manage general accounting functions such as Revenue Recognition, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and Cash Management.
Perform daily reconciliations of all transactions between company’s internal database and multiple third party payment systems.
Deal with clients regarding past due balances and preparation of a weekly analysis of open receivables.
Oversee the annual audit of the company’s financial statements with the external auditors.
Prepare the annual compliance reporting for the company’s credit line facility.
Prepare revenue and deferred revenue schedules and related reconciliations for exchange rate and coin revenue.
Perform the reconciliation between GL and warehouse records regarding the unrecorded material costs in GL based on the records.
Prepare chart of Accounts to record transactions & get the financial report of the company’s position.
Troubleshoot unprocessed transactions and sources of failure of payment systems.
Oversee Book keeping using accounting software to monitor revenue, operating expenses, project progress claims, etc.
