Ensure sales, tenders, and customer orders delivery fulfillment, through Work with the
departments managers to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the sales orders.
- Issuing Materials requirements planning (MRP)
- Coordinate with Procurement team to get the right quality of material with very
competitive price, cost reduction achieved by negotiation and finding alternative
suppliers.
- Issuing monthly production plan including the sales orders for local and export market,
and tenders
- Assuring effective planning of the production schedule with minimum overtime
- Follow up with all the concern department the requirements for the new product launch
and ensure the implementation date according to the marketing.
- Contact the suppliers for any complaints regarding materials quality or service.
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and
delivery requirements, through vendor management system.
- Perform internal audits on other departments as a member of internal audit team.
- Assist logistics process for export and import to run smoothly.
- Managing, distributing task, training, and evaluating the performance for 3 employees.
- Ensure sales, tenders, and customer orders delivery fulfillment by achievements around
after Reviewing the Sales pipeline and discuss it with the Sales Manager Quarterly

- Follow up with the purchasing department about the lead time, price, quality for the
requested materials.
- Issuing monthly production plan including the sales orders for local and export market,
and tenders
- Coordinate weekly with the production supervisor to issue the weekly production plan
Assuring the GMP regulation implementation through all the transaction, dispensing
area and the stores.
- Assuring effective planning of the production schedule which compatible with the
required delivery dates and with minimum overtime
- Follow the documentation and completeness of all materials and planning department
systems and procedures according to Jerash Pharmaceuticals Quality system.
- Coordinate and follow up with all the concern department the requirements for the new
product launch and insuring the implementation date according to the marketing
department.
- Ensure the materials received comply with the quality requirements of Jerash Pharma
- Participate in dealing with customers’ complaints related to orders shipments, delivery
and services.
- Contact the suppliers with any complaints regarding materials quality or service.
- Evaluate the vendors according to the materials evaluation system.
- Supervising, distributing task, training, and evaluating the performance for 4 employees.
