- Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
- External procurement (searching for suppliers, negotiate, prepare contracts, track shipments, etc)
- Dealing with sub-contractors (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Siemens)
I have been working on several HR planning projects, such as:
- Constructing organizational structure for several sites. - Working on building a salary scale.
- Manpower planning study.
- Initializing forms and organize it by giving it codes to apply ISO.
- Payroll, build an excel sheet that for all employees that can generate monthly payroll within few hours instead of 4-5 days
- .Job coding.
- Performance appraisals.
- Internal law and regulations (SOPs).
- Coordinate the whole Siyam group for Aluminium radiators ( Besan Company - Star Company - Gulf company)
- Plan the copper radiators Dept for Besan only.
- I have participated in more than one project: - Worked as a facility planning engineer on a project for the staging room in the main plant to increase its space,
- Worked on a project for planning the production for the whole month and minimize the time waste. - Been engaged with a redesign project for automating a manual packaging station, but it was not applicable at that time because of the SOPs restrictions. All of them were successful, and had the satisfaction of the administration.
