The incumbent of this position reports to the Project Coordinator in his/her Area or Program Manager where a Project Coordinator does not exist in the structure. The Supervisor is the principal facilitator for the implementation of project in hand. His/her main role is to plan activities in the project location; coordinate and enable the implementation of the approved project; establish and maintain relevant partnerships in the project location; train, monitor and evaluate the staff of partners’ organizations and volunteers (leaders, coaches, animators, etc.), build trust; coach and motivate staff to perform effectively. Evaluate the projects and report accordingly. Oversight is exercised by the Project Coordinator over the staff occupying the Supervisor position as assigned.
