- Overseeing the proposal development process from initial proposal content creation, managing proposal creation activities, design and production of graphics, documentation reviews, and final delivery.
- Defining and managing proposal plan/calendar and lead the proposal kick-off meeting.
- Creating the proposal outline, identifying required deliverables, and defining document structure.
- Coordinating questions and answers process, and working closely with the sales team to gather the most reliable information about each opportunity (competition, customer preferences, customer site, etc).

- Compiling, editing, and proof-reading final proposals, which contain technical, contractual, and legal content ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner.
- Preparing comprehensive, eye-catching PowerPoint presentations for defending the proposed solutions.
- Managing implementation of all project documentation (design documents, end-user documentation, training material, technical handover documentation, etc.)
- Developing, executing, and following up on documentation plans
- Designing and implementing documentation quality control tools (professional MS Word templates, checklists, guidelines and standards, etc.)
- Supporting other teams in formatting Microsoft Word documents by developing and implementing high-quality style-based templates and providing one-to-one sessions on advanced professional template use
