• Technical Due Diligence Report (TDD): Preparing technical due diligence report on the scope of statutory approvals & compliance, buildability assessment, construction cost estimate & schedule, site location analysis, real estate market assessment, salability assessment, cash flow assessment (P + I coverage).
• Lenders Independent Engineers Report (LIE): Preparing LIE report on the scope of sales monitoring (Trailing 12 month - velocity, price and collection, slow moving inventory, debtor’s ageing, performance w.r.t business plan, micro market input & competition mapping), construction monitoring (physical progress, budget & timeline tracking w.r.t business plan, earned value analysis), Project Approvals, Project cashflows (P + I coverage).
• Project Dashboard: Develop interactive project dashboard in Power-BI for respective projects of monitoring/LIE to help Funds/Lenders take data driven decisions.
• Co-ordination: With lenders & developer’s representatives, liasoning architect, analyst, site engineer.

• Co-ordination: With Project In-charge, client, sub-contractors, execution, MEP engineer & storekeeper for progress, drawings, bill verification, site execution, material received & transferred respectively.
• Projects: Ajinkya 7 Hughes - Mumbai, CIDCO Kharghar Bus depot & Kharghar Bus terminus.
• Quantity Surveying: Study drawings & contracts for Quantity takeoff & billing.
• Budgeting & Estimation: Preparing concept, schematic & design stage budget.
• Cost Monitoring: Monitoring project budget & cash flow earned value analysis.
• Co-ordination: With Project In-charge, client, sub-contractors, execution, MEP engineer & storekeeper for progress, drawings, bill verification, site execution, material received & transferred respectively.

• Site Execution: Execution of Civil & Finishing work.
• Quantity Surveying: Study drawings & contracts for Quantity takeoff & billing.
• Drawing Control: Raise RFI’s if any discrepancy in civil, architect & MEP plan, elevation & section.
• Co-ordination: With Project In-charge, client, sub-contractors, MEP engineer & storekeeper for progress, drawings, bill verification, site execution, material received & transferred respectively.
