a) Evaluate of developments inquiries & make sure to process it as per buyer requirements.
b) Keep following developments after submissions & pushed buyer to convert inquires into orders.
c) Price Negotiations.
d) Evaluations of client orders & coordinate with buyer & vendors for the completion of Pos.
e) Ensure availability of approvals.
f) Ensure availability of samples & give instructions to factory for any particular sample & insure it that the sample is as per the given requirements.
g) Souring Material.
h) Check the requirement of fabric/Accessories of any order which will ready to start in production.
i) Liaison with Production Units with detail of Materials required Fabric, Accessories and Packing Materials.
j) Monitoring execution of production schedule, the quality and progress of each order, control production and managing technical aspects in the manufacturing.
k) Completely pursue all the stages up to shipment of all orders. Daily monitoring of supply of material for production.
l) Maintain & Service Communication with the buyers. correspondence (related to orders) with buyer i.e. E-mails, Fax
m) Resolving work related problems.
n) Development/Discussion of new formats when required for reporting.
o) Maintaining record of all orders being executed.
p) Advise production units about any change in delivery dates, specification, and the other production parameters and also the buyer.
q) Have participated in various trade exhibition.
Handling Australia & New Zealand sector & do all the realted works and whatever the director ask.

Get developed printed poly bag or band as per requirement, submiting sample, quoting & finalizing the order. Following up the order till payment recd.
