Hotel door lock installation. RF Lock, Troubleshooting and Re assembling & Maintenance of locks
Installation of Time Attendance Machines.
Access door Controller and other product.Installation and configuration with card + Remote& Key Pad.
It was a temporary position for 2 months and the responsibilities which include
•Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, 8 and Microsoft Office 2007
and any other authorised desktop applications
•Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
•Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
•Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
•Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards.
•Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements.
•Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer repairs, maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels
•Safely package equipment for branches and arrange for the transport of the
equipment.
•Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network.
•Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support requests.
6 months experience in which includes:
• Installation, configuration and administrating Windows Server 2008, 2012 Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WLAN, VPN, WSUS and IPv4.
• Deploying OS through WDS
• LAN / WAN network environments.
• Installation and configuration of Microsoft Hyper-V .
• Operating system knowledge: Windows XP, 7, 8 and Vista
• Ability to diagnose and Fix any kind of software and hardware of Laptop, PC, Desktop and Printer services.
• Installing and updating McAfee and other Antivirus Soft wares.
• VMware vSphere Architecture, design, install, configure VMware ESX, ESXi, and vSphere 5 environments with Virtual Center management and, Consolidated Backup, DRS, HA, DPM and vMotion.
• Build, configure and deploy VMs and templates. Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) and Virtual-to-Virtual (V2V) migration of Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012.
• Analyse and troubleshoot on an basic level, performance of SAN-backed VMware ESX infrastructure to determine proper allocation of resources to a multi-department user population with widely varying needs.
Manages Windows network (users, computers, printers, etc) with Active Directory.
Provided technical support computer Hardware including scanners and printers.
Using all resources available to carry out fault fixes.
Configuration and installtion of computer hardware and software.
Installtion of printers, scanner and fax machines
