Controlling & Monitoring Account Payables of the company.
 Reporting of internal control evidence to ensure controls are effective.
 Working capital management.
 Maintaining daily fund and treasury position.
 Ensure monthly bank recon in SAP.
 Maintaining the Payroll of the Company.
 Recording JVs for month end reporting.
 Maintaining the record of PF & GF.
 Assist in preparation in monthly reporting.
 Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
 Liaison with all internal HOD banks, Auditor and Lawyer

 Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
 Preparation of Financial Statement quarterly and annually.
 Other Financial Reporting to management like Ratios Analysis.
 Prepare Budget vs Actual Variance Reports and coordinate with
various cost center in charges for reasons for variances.
 External reporting as required by the statutory laws.
 Analyze opportunities to reduce costs of the company.

 Maintain Cash flow, Check daily Bank Position & Reconciliation.
 Involve a continuous review and improvement on internal control systems.
 Liaison with all internal HOD banks, Auditor, Lawyer, suppliers & customer.

 Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts for all segment.
 Preparation of Financial Statement quarterly and annually.
 Conduct External Audit.
 Verify Key accounts & credit invoices related to that customer.
 Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
 Maintain Cash flow, Check daily Bank Position & Reconciliation.
 Involve a continuous review and improvement on internal control systems.
 Prepare Fixed Asset physical verification, Maintain FA Schedule.
 Liaison with all internal HOD banks, Auditor, suppliers & customer.
 Ensure Deduction of With Holding accurately and submitting timely.

 Prepare Cheques and all types of vouchers.
 Execute daily Bank Reconciliation & Bank Position of 06 Bank Account.
 Maintain outstanding of Vendor & Customers for turnover $ 10M.
 Both Debtors & Creditors ledger reconciliation.
 Deduction & Submission of Withholding Tax.
