Working as Migration Specialist to migrate the existing IBM SO accounts into Private Cloud.
Analysing & Testing the case scenarios for porting the IBM tools with OpenSource Tools to support migration.
Completed VMware vSphere, Racemi, Rackware & SoftLayer Training from IBM & VMware.
Capture migration requirements.
Assisting with creating migration plans and also Assisting in creating and executing of migration run books.
Determine source cloud (Physical, Virtual and Cloud) and target Workloads.
Act as liaison to support teams and client during migration.
Use troubleshooting skills and work closely with operations, support, engineering and/or other functions to ensure
successful migrations.
Systems Management Specialist
Ensure client's business requirements are successfully met.
Expert in the client's account/industry.
Having expert knowledge of client environment (technical and process).
Incumbent ensures that the client's operations, hardware, software, application, network systems, and best practices
are implemented.

Attend and actively participate in weekly review meetings with the team leader and/or manager to discuss issues,
concerns, people, ideas and workload.
Demonstrate capabilities to Clients, IBM Delivery Executives.
Develop Relationships with all SSO Service Lines to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations.
Work with users of products supported by the EAD Team to identify and, where appropriate, address deficiencies in
the areas of technical skill, product and client knowledge.
