• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the company’s network workstations and printers in different locations.

- Troubleshooting of OS & related applications to the extent of isolating the problem to OS, Application or related hardware
- Patch Management. Maintain systems up to date with the latest OS patches.
• Desktop Configuration.
- Installation, configuration of Operating systems, Office applications, exchange client support, Antivirus etc.
• Troubleshoot & Manage hardware resources like Printers, Scanner & Plotter administration
• Managing User profiles, Groups and Policies for users.
• Maintain all IT assets i.e. Servers, Desktops, Laptops and Printers.
• Maintain network connectivity between Work Sites.
• Troubleshoot all the issues by end users at various locations onsite or offsite by remote desktop
• Installation of POS for Shop Angola and co-ordination with Arch Software for software related issues.
• Co ordination with the warehouses all over Luanda and troubleshooting the issues to make work goes smoothly.
• Cabling infrastructure management.
• Provide PC Hardware, OS, Peripherals and software’s support to end users by guiding them on phone.
• Installation and support networking of desktop/laptops systems running Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, Hp Personal & networking printers.
• Desktop Configuration.

• Laptop Configuration
- Installation, configuration of Operating systems, Office applications, exchange client support, Antivirus etc as per company policy.
• Troubleshoot & Manage hardware resources like Printers, Scanner & Plotter administration
• Installation of POS for Shop Angola and co-ordination with Arch Software for software related issues.
• Installation of Access points.
• Co ordination with the warehouses all over Luanda and troubleshooting the issues to make work goes smoothly.
• Maintain network and office setup for Santorini Prestacao De Services, ShopAngola & Modern Padaria.
• Support end users with their queries related to software and resolve issues related to software and hardware
