• Responsible for document the new requirements, providing overall solution design, implementation and testing all HRMS modules.
• Responsible for providing Solution Design, document the new requirements (RD.050), implementation and testing all HRMS modules.
• Providing functional support and implementing solutions to automate the manual processes to meet the business requirements related to HRMS ERP system.
• Responsible to enhance the existing system/functionality by implementing the new features as per the business requirements.
• Responsible for creating or modifying the reports related to all HR modules.
• Providing time-to-time training/walk-through to HR key users to perform their regular activities.
• Responsible to Interact with users over the phone, mail and MS teams to understand, analyse and solve the issues/queries.
• Responsible for creating user manuals (DO.070) depending on the changes in the existing and new processes created.
• Responsible for creating documents (BR.100, MD.050) and test script documents (TE.040) which are necessary for UAT and moving the changes to production.
• Managing all day-to-day support activities related to HR systems and maintaining the issues tracker.
• Coordinating with Oracle through SR to resolve the issues.
• Provide functional / business analysis expertise on (minor/major) projects/enhancements.
• Study system risks and provide Action plans to avoid risks and ensure system security.
• Bridged the Gaps using the workarounds and Customizations using Descriptive Flex fields, Special Information Types.
• Test custom objects and prepared UTR for each object prior sending it to key users.
• Coordinating with technical team for developments and bug fixing of custom components like Discoverer reports, alerts and absence user hooks.
• Created custom functions, menus and responsibilities.
• Configured Self Service HR Personalized Employee and Manager web pages, Setup additional flex fields to capture specific information using self-service pages.

• Self Service, PMS, OLM and iRecruitment personalization.

• Using AME (Oracle Approval Management Engine) did the approval setup for the Self-service.
