Recruitment:
• Coordinating & reporting to the HRM & DGM to provide weekly progress report for end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
• Handling Recruitments from Entry to Management Level, attend meeting with Project/Department Managers to understand there accurate requirement.
• Assist and coordinate Managers in preparation of manpower plan & accordingly prepare, monitor and control recruitment plan.
• Specific recruitment processing tasks include: Sourcing / Screening profiles from job portals, short listing candidate according to job descriptions. Updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure. Posting requirement on job portals (Bayt.com; Linkedin.com; monster.com; naukrigulf.com; gulftalent.com & etc.)
• Prescreening of shortlisted candidates, if appropriate, create & present prescreening questions to hiring managers for Technical shortlisting.
• Arrange & coordinate Technical Interviews with panel as well the candidates.
Overseas Hiring:
• Negotiate & arrange Recruitment / Travel agency for delegation in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and etc…
• Prepare & coordinate job requirement templates to post on paper media & techno media in respective countries thru selected agency.
• Receive all the job applications, sort and classify based on each profession and store in database for retrieval as and when required.
• Organizing schedules of overseas technical interviews, giving the feedback to the candidates based on the short listing. Prepare offer letters and contracts.
• Responsible for negotiation, salary closures and joining of short listed candidates. Liaising with administrative components involved in full life cycle recruiting.
• Prepare & present the weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reports to the management (Recruitment Analyses, Candidate Tracker, Status Report, Joining update)
HR Specialist:
• Taking the responsibility in assisting the business with full administration & support services including payroll, HR administration, and employee benefits, on boarding, visa, medical of selected employees.
• Core experience in implementing performance management policies & training to new joiners.
• Assisting in the implementation of policies with regard to employee engagement & employee relation.
• Discussing job applicants about job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Work closely with the Public Relation Officer (Mandoob) associating with immigration, Labor permit, Iqama permit, Licenses & etc.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of labor laws related to minimum wage, overtime & record keeping.
• Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
• Compile, review & analyze employment data by using appropriate software application.
• Explaining and implementing human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Updating & Maintaining HR Forms - Applicant, Prescreening, Interview, Joining, Leave Request, Rejoining, Service Request, Salary Grade review, Warning, Internal Transfer, Resignation, Termination, Clearance & etc.
Online Government Accesses:
Responsible for online tasks on MUQEEM, MOL, GOSI, Chamber, SAGIA & MCI
MUQEEM: Iqama Issuance, Iqama Renewal, Exit Reentry issuance, Final Exit Issuance, Passport update information, generate weekly report & etc.
MOL: Issue Saddad Number for Iqama & renewal, profession change, handle online sponsorship transfer TO-FROM, monthly salary sheet upload for WPS, generate weekly report & etc.
GOSI: Adding employees (Saudi & Non-Saudi); cancel resigned & terminate employees, generating weekly report, Yearly Salary update of existing & new employees & etc.
Chamber: Responsible to manage & perform online attestation in Chamber of Commerce.
SAGIA: Responsible to maintain SAGIA, issuing SAGIA Certificate, yearly Subscription & License Fee, CR renewal process
