Project Reference: Capitol Development (Hotel, Capitol Theatre, Retails and Residential) and Singapore Butyl and Adhesion - Jurong Island
•Produce the necessary detail drawings and schedule for site installation work, and prepare the necessary documents for authority inspection and submission.
•Follow up on the site progress as well as contractors’ activities to finish the project on time, and create the weekly and monthly site progress report.
•Coordinate with the construction and M&E team to monitor the progress of the project, and communicate with the client and
consultants to finalize the outstanding details and drawings for construction.
•Prepare the required document for testing and commissioning and meeting with sub-contractors to complete the projects within the committed schedule.
•Ensure 100% safety compliance on projects and see to it that the sub-contractors follow strictly the necessary requirements on site.
•Arrange and coordinate with client to handover the tenancy area to tenant and end-user.
Project Reference: Gardens by the Bay (Package A, B, C, E1, E2 and N);
Singapore General Hospital (The Academia), Fusionopolis-2A (Tower-C)
•Design drawing and calculation of ACMV equipment for selection of required capacity, and check the installation of Air Conditioning Mechanical Ventilation system on site.
•Follow up on the site progress and chase contractors to finish the project on time, and involved with Engineering Smoke Control System (ESCS) design and installation on site.
•Prepare the necessary documents for Registered Inspector (RI) inspection and conduct the fire smoke test.
•Responsible for installation of ACMV System at Basement-1 and Basement Mezzanine (Bio Safety Laboratory-2) for Academia.
•Testing and Commissioning of ACMV system, for animal vivarium and Engineering Smoke Control System, and prepare and submit the test report for T&C of ACMV and ESCS.
•Handover the completed project and follow up with defect liability period (DLP) to clear the defects and perform maintenance of ACMV equipment.
Project Reference: Free Port (Changi), Applied Material (Changi), Lux Asia and Sakae Sushi (Singapore)
•Inspect the contractor Installation quality on site, follow up on the site progress and ensure they finish the project on time.
•Coordinate with Main Contractor for the space coordination
for site installation.
•Provide technical support to the project team.
•Assist Project Manager on the design and technical support for new projects and tendering projects.
•Prepare shop drawings, submission of material and as-built drawings, and the necessary documents for Registered Inspector
(RI) inspection and test report.
Project Reference: Kallang Theatre and Edward Lifesciences (Changi)
•Supervision of electrical cabling, building management system and fire alarm system cabling work.
•Coordinate with the supplier to deliver the material on time.
•Involvement in testing and commissioning.
