• Following up of factory construction and all civil works and the necessity of
conforming to the technical specifications.
• Following up of electromechanical works and need to conform to technical
specifications.
• Receiving quotations from production line and desalination plant suppliers and
discussing technical offers with them.
• Approving the technical specifications and issuing the purchase order after
negotiating the financial payments and signing the final contract for supply.
• Supervising and following up of items following:
Installation and Commissioning of 1st stage of production line of water bottles
packed with capacity 21000 bph Asipex line at factory.
Installation and Commissioning of water treatment plant 500 m3/h Lean Six
Sigma.
Installation and Commissioning of bottles and pack conveyor.
Installation and Commissioning of FILLER EURSTAR .
Installation and Commissioning of bottle washer.
Installation and commissioning of conveyors.
Installation and commissioning of the units (Air Compressor, Boiler, Cooling
Compressor, Pumps Station, Water Treatment and Syrup Room).
Follow up production after commissioning.
