2. Arrange for meetings including the directors and leaders management meetings, other internal and external meetings.

3. Coordination with the Office of Planning and Development in the design / documentation of
processes, services, legislation, regulations, standards and business models for the organizational
unit.
4. The preparation of periodic reports on activities, achievements and organizational performance of
the unit and provides results and statistics about the achievements.
5. Perform all administrative and clerical work in organizational unit and follow up its
accomplishment.
6. Contribute to preparation of annual budget for the organizational unit.
7. Contributing in Department’s periodic KPIs.
