Manage day-to-day operational aspects of university projects and project scope by effectively applying methodologies that enforce project standards and by minimizing exposure and risks on projects. Also serves the shareholders, ensuring that the company is generating profits and increasing in economic value. achieving a remarkable record by developing all projects activities to reduce expenditure to its minimum level and saving more than 25000.000 SR, in one year and increasing safety and quality factors as well to it maximum levels.
Managing and supervision ZOMCO major construction, Operation and maintenance projects, with a capital of more than 600, 000, 000SR with a total of 700+employees.
• Adoption of plans and executive programs after being reviewed and verified, as well as the initial appropriation for the implementation budgets
• Develop general budget of the projects and identify funding sources and implementation and follow-up
• Establishing and accomplishing business proposals to all Projects clients.
• Assuring projects stays on schedule with regard to production and meets or exceed the goal set by the Project clients - Marafiq, Sipchem, etc.
• Conducting meeting to maintain a smooth flow of work for all projects.
• Monitor the implementation of projects in various stages, and evaluate progress in the implementation, solving problems, obstacles.
• Prepare monthly reports and quarterly reports that show the extent of progress in the completion of the project activities and submit them to the President of the Board of Directors and Executive Director.
