Project: Dammam Crude oil and gas development Project D'S C Contract No. 6600046201
The project includes buildings, Infrastructure, and Road works.
Buildings with different rooms (electrical switchgear, instruments, mechanical, security, battery, and sec room).
Where it also includes transformers, ACC units, NGR, air stack, naturalization tank, seepage pit, ramps and stair, manholes, duct banks, evaporation pond. light and camera poles, fence types 3&5. telecom tower, telecom Shilter and access road.
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Executing all kind of Civil Engineering works
- Keeping track of project as per timeline and executing work as per drawing and specification.
- Updating the weekly status report and preparing monthly report to higher management.
Project: EPM Project at AlMidra Tower Contract No. 6601000066 to renovate the 8th floor west wing according to Saudi Aramco specifications
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Preparing accurate estimation and procure material on site as per site requirement to avoid excess order or wastage on site
Responsible for maintaining of manpower schedule minimizing labor cost and evaluate the employee under dep.
Updating the weekly status report to higher management and preparing monthly report.
Preparing bills of quantities for the work done on monthly basis and raise the invoices as per agreement.
Preparing evaluation statement and monitoring all projects and evaluated subcontractor.
Keeping track of project as per planning scheduling and executing work as per drawing and specification.
Preparing site inspection request and submitting to the consultant and municipality for approval, find solution of the problem and good communication and troubleshooting.
Responsible for all kind of civil engineering works, like site visiting, inspection the work, quota, increasing database, reduce the cost.
Project: Operation, Maintenance and cleanliness Hofuf Roads Contract No. 209.
I appointed as a Project Engineer to implement Preventive Maintenance for Al-Ahsa Ring Road No. 609 in main and reverse directions with a total
length of 14.5 km.
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Working as a main responsible to implement the works according to the timeline.
Checking the quantities and preparation the monthly invoice.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Preparation daily request for inspection (RFI).
Ensure quality and safety compliance as per Ministry of Transport Specifications
