i) Designing, reviewing, and updating academic
programs and curriculum materials to ensure
alignment with educational standards and
institutional goals.
ii) Coordinating course scheduling, including
assigning classrooms, allocating resources, and
managing conflicts to optimize efficiency and
meet student needs.
iii) Providing academic guidance and support to
students and resolving academic issues.
iv) Supporting faculty members by facilitating
communication, providing resources, and
assisting with instructional strategies to
enhance teaching effectiveness.
v) Developing and implementing assessment
strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and
student learning outcomes.
vi) Managing administrative tasks related to
academic operations, such as maintaining
records, preparing reports, and overseeing
budget allocations.
vii) Ensuring compliance with institutional policies,
accreditation standards, and regulatory
requirements related to academic affairs.
viii) Organizing academic & extra curricular events,
such as orientations, workshops, seminars and
sports event to promote student engagement,
professional, mental & physical development.
ix) Mediating conflicts and facilitating resolution
among students, faculty, parents and staff
members, fostering a positive and inclusive
academic environment.
x) Recruiting faculty when needed & handling
Social Media page.
xi) Designing and delivering dynamic lessons that
cater to the diverse learning needs of O-level
students, ensuring comprehension and
engagement across subject areas.
xii) Developing comprehensive lesson plans and
instructional materials aligned with O-level
syllabi, incorporating innovative teaching
strategies to enhance student learning
outcomes.
xiii) Administering assessments to evaluate student
progress and proficiency levels. Provide
constructive feedback to students to facilitate
academic growth and achievement.
