Establish and enforce rules for behaviour and procedures for maintaining order among the students.Observe and evaluate students' performance, behaviour, social development, and physical health. Prepare materials, resources and classrooms for class activities. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate.
Instruct students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations.Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students.
Read books to entire classes or small groups and observe reading sessions.Confer with parents or guardians, teachers, counsellors, and administrators in order to resolve students' behavioural and academic problems.
Meet with parents or guardians to discuss their children's progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their studies.
Prepare and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra help.Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, in learning activities.
Confer with other staff members to plan and schedule lessons promoting learning, following approved curriculum.Use computers, audiovisuals aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations.Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of elementary school programs.Instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials, in order to prevent injuries. with management team to ensure the highest level of support is on-going and anticipate challenges with staffing and equipment deficiencies.
Enforce Branch policy and procedure and partner with HR Department to manage agent/supervisor/programmer/trainer performance. Manage the process of innovative change effectively by:
● Provide Campaign/Department Manager an overview of Department, Team and Individual Quality Scores
● Coaching advisors using relevant information. Liaise with the advisors TM prior to session and discuss findings/feedback
● Provide daily/weekly overview to Management team, highlighting findings, trends, feedback, and improvement areas. Classroom training with new advisors.
● Conduct collaboration sessions with individuals and highlighting positives.
