• Designed a Data Dashboard for Multan Area by leveraging RCS8 & Power BI to generate micro-level visibility for better decision-making.
• Spearheaded a customized Region specific campaign on John Player by Gold Leaf and effectively launched the NPI in 5 rural areas of South Punjab Region whilst achieving 100% Availability on the first two days with a subsequent 40% productivity and 120% sales over target across the retail universe.

• Worked meticulously towards developing curriculum for primary years in collaboration with Punjab Education Board.
• Developed a team of over 20 teachers; overlooking their screening process and final hiring.

- Monitored the entire VAWC initiative such that it was comprehensively and coherently integrated to address the capacity issues of the government and the stakeholders for effective implementation and compliance to women protection laws.
- Developed liaisons with various different NGOs working in the Multan district and developed a comprehensive strategy to make the project's functioning smooth and easily accessible to the masses.
- Effectively implemented the campaign "save the women" by meeting the women on grass root level and informing them regarding their existing rights as per Pakistan Penal Code.
- Successfully organized training sessions for the volunteers and trainers working on the devised campaign for the VAWC initiative.
- Ensured an on-time follow-up with relevent departments at headquarters and regional offices, executing agencies and government offices to accelerate the implementation of the initiatives.

• Worked closely with local retail fashion outlets in order to provide formal coaching to the women embellishers over a course of 6 months and developed partnerships amongst the women and the stores to ensure a consistent means of income.
• Influenced the Rotary Secretary for Multan to fund the sewing machines for these women
