As hospital administrator’s i look forward for planning the budget, reviewing facility activities, conducting training programs, recruiting and hiring staff, and developing employee work schedules. Another important component of my job would be coordinating communication with an institution’s board of directors and with the community at large. In order to be effective managers, I will keep myself updates with latest technology and developments in healthcare as well as government norms.
