• Manage intercompany revenue reconciliation and billing processes, coordinating with project Manager to align with working hours and relevant projects.
• Prepare comprehensive annual audit schedules and collaborate closely with auditors, furnishing necessary supporting documentation.
• Calculate and process withholding tax and payroll tax deductions and payments to FBR.
• Generate monthly site budgeting reports for UK projects, delivering detailed financial insights to clients on project finances and progress.
• Administer payroll processes and handle employee claims reimbursement, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist Australian and UK accounts teams in various assigned tasks related to accounts and administration.
