1- Community Managment:
A- I do manage WhatsApp groups of our mentors in the MENA region where we talk and engage in different conversations and topics.
B- I also do online mentor gatharings where we present a topic thats voted on and discuss it.
C- Curated matchmaking: I recommend entrepreneurs to mentors based on their needs and profiles.
D- Welcome massages: welcome masseges are sent to newly signed entrepreneurs giving them a focal person to reach out to when they have questions.
2- Translation.
I do all of the translation on the website( Arabic-English). I also translate Documents, social media posts, success stories etc..
3- M&E Focal point of MicroMentor withen MercyCorps
A communication assistant that communicate and report with a stratigic focus regarding activities of Blumont in Jordan. hoping to promote transperansy, accountability and understanding of Blumont's global work. I play an important role in advocating key masseges to abroad range of the public including sharing success stories. I also provide hands on support to the communication need of the UNHCR joint programs.
I always hope to ensure clear coherent and consistant communications about the stratigec focus and acctivities of whoever I work with.
I also assist in media relations respond to inquires and aid in the development and plan of media outreach as required insuring the media can be readily used by the general public.
I can also provide translation of concepts and issues that can also be readily used by the media and to be understood by the public.
Im able to show adequat professionalism, discretion and judgement in applying expertise to complex and sensitive issues. To add, I can not only speak on the behalf of the organizations but also have a practical approach to project developement and generate creative solution to challenging situations.
