I'm working with Al Gurg Consultants in construction and finishing of buildings including the following activities :
1. Review the Contract documents, Drawings, Specifications according to the FIDIC and No Objection Certificates from authorities.
2. Reviewing & approval of Schedule, Material submittals, technical submittals, cash flow, Method of statements, Shop drawings, Requests for information, Subcontractor prequalification, Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.
3. Manage, monitor & overview the inspections for all the site works in accordance with project specification, relevant drawings, applicable codes, standards and coordination with MEP & all other services.
4. Preparing and monitoring Site instructions, Nonconformance Reports & letter correspondence to the contractor.
5. Monitoring and controlling the project with respect to Schedule, budget, Quality plan, HSE plan, technical issues.
6. Arranging and attending regular site progress meetings with main contractor and concerned sub-contractors to review the progress for all site activities with respect to schedule and highlighting if any potential variations to Supervision manager well in advance.
7. Arranging and conducting coordination site meetings with all concern parties to review and resolve the technical, coordination and design issues in coordination with Supervision & Design managers.
8. Analyzing and approval of Interim payments, cost claims, variation orders, contract disputes and extension of time in coordination with project QS & Contracts department.
9. Establishes an appropriate working relationship with the contractors.
10. Implementing and follow the Dubai Municipality and other Authorities’ rules & regulations at site.
1- Project :( Dubai Municipality Building at Al Qouz).
2- Project: (33 villas in old Hatta Neighbor Hood),
3- Steel and Structural Building Testing Vehicle, Emarat petroleum (3 projects).
I worked in construction and finishing of buildings Including the following activities:
1. Responsible for arrangement, executing, monitoring and controlling of the projects in coordinate with inter disciplines Civil & MEP works as per drawings, applicable codes, specifications, schedule and budget.
2. Preparation of tendering, estimation, budget and schedule.
3. Arrangement and monitoring of all site establishments.
4. Authority’s submittals, approvals & No Objection Certificates.
5. Arrangement, preparation & getting approvals for all submittals such us safety, technical, material, Quality, method statements, shop drawings, pre qualifications etc.,
6. Preparation and monitoring of site programs, daily, weekly and monthly reports, Interim payments, subcontractor payments and variations
7. Site meetings with consultants and clients for progress of works and technical issues.
8. Coordination with higher management, clients, consultants and authorities for related works and communications.
I worked at MIRAN Construction Company in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia as a site engineer in construction and finishing of buildings. Including the following activities:
1. Site management and supervision.
2. Preparing payments of Sub contractors for civil works.
3. Preparing shop drawings.
4. Calculating quantities for materials, machinery, labors as needed to site work and procurement.
5. Reporting to the upper management on all aspects.
