· Handling all the Reporting & analyses in the Department for the (sales out -Sell throw) data.
· Supervise the retail team to prepare for the weekly meetings with the managements.
· Handling all sell out incentive program in Iraq (Shopkeeper Incentive), And KPI for our sales team.
· Retail Project management (Marketing campaign).
· Managing Huawei retail system for all data & Team Accounts information’s.
· Making PO & procurement process then Follow up the suppliers for all retail marketing material
· Developing long-term relationships with the company top clients (Coca cola, Pepsi, Lays, Divan, Grand
millennium) With a yearly total revenue of $8M
· Fowling up with all customers on their purchase from quotation & PO to the delivery & payment.
· Coordinate with purchasing & operations department regarding our supply from 15 international Brand for food
& chemical items like (Diversey - Henkel - Puratos)
· Automating all company tasks throw our international system (SAP system).
· Extract our financial & inventory report and send it to management on regular basis.
· Supervise all company operations for more than 20 employees throw 2 branches & handling all Administrative
matters in it.
· work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance.
· Managing, and processing the bank's trade finance facilities and instruments (LG & LC) from end to end.
· Using International banking system (Equatioin) & Emails.
· Working with IT department to develop TF system As CBS instructions
· Handling customers’ feedback for all business groups bank-wide through the Interact Customer Communication
Channel for complaints, suggestions.
Post-graduate program taught in English. to take leadership roles in global organizations in the field of international cooperation and development
