-Manage & monitor performance of Sales Supervisors / Salesman to ensure all areas are covered by required sales requirements

- Looks after the merchandising of products and changing of the showcase at least once every two weeks.
- Collaborates with the shop / Store Managers for the day to day retail management for proper guidelines to improve store presentation and excellent customer service.
- Supervises, evaluates the staff’s overall performance and prepares and monitors the staff schedule.
- Holds a regular physical stock taking in all the shops and controls the stocks.
- Looks after the safety and security of the shop.

-Actively ensure that sales team members possess acceptable levels of product knowledge and skills to achieve planned objectives.
- Review retail audit data and prepare action plans to reverse negative trends.
- Create a retail audit cultures among the team wherever and whenever applicable.
-Analyze and present retail audit updates to sales team in cycle meetings, and implement prompt corrective actions.
