Overseeing the sales and project department, developing acomprehensive business plan including sales strategies and profittargets, performing territory and sales analyses, evaluating results andadjusting strategies accordingly.
•Responsible for developing the implementation of the plans set by thesenior management (the board of directors or owners).
•Reviews the reports received by the Department of Management andoversees the analysis process, in addition to studying the problems thatarise and develop solutions.
• Defined, implemented targets and future course of action for the sales team and followed up on daily performance..
• Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company's strategic and operational plans.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales growth.
• Providing alternative solutions in the material to solve the budget issues of clients.
• Providing technical solutions and technical support for the under design projects for our scope of works.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Manage the proper usage of materials, equipment's and manpower to meet the requirements of each job order and ensure cost saving and cost reduction in accordance to budgets.
• Manage plans and schedules to effectively organize the work shop orders to meet agreed programs and deadlines.
• Arrange regular meetings with production manager, production engineer, technical manager and projects manager for coordination and selection of material and fabrication drawings as per projects requirements.
• Integrate planning, budgeting, and cost analysis reports to develop a comprehensive overview of performance to date and future approach.
Interface with all sections of the team to meet overall programdeliverables.
•Liaise strongly with the Engineering Team to assist in the developmentof design solutions that promote constructability and value engineering.

•Develop full-scale project plans and associated communicationsdocuments.
•Responsible for planning, implementation and supervising a project.
•Liaise with Project supervision team on an ongoing basis.
•Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriatePrograms.
Responsible for all Projects out of Cairo.
•Reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
•Manage and guide Project Supervisors/Forman within the team toaccurately execute project.
•Contract review and extracts until delivery follow-up project.
•Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
•Ability to connect with customers and gain respect/trust.
