Directed delivery of VIP residential luxury buildings across two sites — Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi (120, 000 m² built-up area) and Al Ain (30, 000 m²) — for a combined project value of AED 1, 100, 000, 000. Reported to consultant APG, with ALDAR and ABK Investor as clients, holding overall project leadership.

Oversaw delivery of a mixed residential and community development in Sharjah comprising 80 villas, a mosque, and four additional buildings, plus associated external works — a AED 280, 000, 000 program serving multiple clients. Worked with Sharjah Engineering & Cap as consultant, managing operations across the full project scope from execution through handover.

Delivered the Space Center at United Arab Emirates University, Al Ain — a 3, 000 m² built-up facility with associated external works, roads, and landscaping. Managed the project through to completion for a total cost of AED 57, 000, 000, coordinating with consultants KEO Project Management and Bainona Engineering Consultant, with the university as end client.

Led project management for the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Grand Masjid in Al Ain — one of the UAE's largest mosques, featuring the world's largest-diameter GRP dome, with a capacity of 20, 000+ worshippers. Directed a 22-member on-site team from groundbreaking through delivery of the 20, 000 m² mosque structure plus 260, 000 m² of external infrastructure and 3 km of boundary wall and roads. Delivered for the Department of President Affairs & Ministry of President Affairs at a project cost of AED 500, 000, 000, working alongside consultant Bayaty Architects.

Delivered a series of large-scale presidential and government complexes in Al Ain over an 11-year tenure for the Department of President Affairs, totaling over AED 1.95 billion in project value. Led construction of the Al Rawdha New Presidential Majlis (29, 000 m², AED 300M), Al Rawdha New Presidential Main Villa (63, 000 m² incl. pools, guard housing, and 3.5 km DBS infrastructure, AED 800M), and the Abu Al Abyad New Presidential Main Villa Complex (33, 000 m², AED 350M). Also managed construction phases and on-site leadership for a 22-member team on the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Grand Masjid, Al Ain — one of the UAE's largest mosques (AED 500M). Coordinated closely with consultants Dewan Architects & Engineers, Planquadrat Middle East, and Bayaty Architects throughout.

Delivered high-rise and infrastructure projects across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain over an 8-year tenure, including a 20-storey tower (Tahnoun Sons Towers, AED 80M), a 23-storey tower (Al-Mansori Tower, AED 25M), terminal and apron works at Al Ain International Airport (AED 45M, Client: Public Works Department), and VIP suite construction at Tawam Hospital (AED 55M, Client: Town Planning). Coordinated with consultants including GHD Global, Hospico Consulting, Parc International, and Sayed Khalaf across a combined project value exceeding AED 200M.
