Development of key documents such as Internal Audit manual and Internal Audit charter.

• Prepare the Audit Committee pack, conduct the meetings, present the status of the audit plan, and
discuss the reports and track the implementation progress of action plans.
• Present and discuss the internal audit activity with the regulators.
• Manage the internal audit reviews and coordinating with consultants and external auditors.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor the department staff and conducting awareness workshops for the
organization’s management on Internal Controls, Risk and Fraud.
• Plan, assign and supervise the daily activity and work of other auditors.
• Develop procedures, schedules, priorities and programs for achieving audit objectives and goals.
• Preparing the risk based annual audit plan.
