Responsibilities
• Manage all survey works for assigned projects including buildings and infrastructure ensuring adherence to project scope, schedules and specifications.
• Study and review bills of quantities (BOQ), plans, technical specifications, contract drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings of all road works submitted by contractors.
• Review, revise and approve all material submittals and inspect all materials used at site ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise the execution of all works related to roads, inspect quality of work at site and ensure achievement of approved standards.
• Support the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) in management of project quality including assistance in all site inspections.
• Conduct quantity survey of all road works and produce required reports, perform price analysis for preparation of change orders, evaluate schedule changes for extension of time (EOT) claims and approve vendor submittals.
• Monitor and evaluate progress in terms of schedules & resources and produce regular reports for the project management team.
• Provide reports to the Project Manager on all site related issues including daily submittals, inspection requests, quality, safety, progress, resources, risks and materials & equipment delivered to site.

Reviewing the contractor’s monthly invoices, approving them after verifying the completed works, and submitting
recommendations for approval.

Responsibilities
• Monitored and followed up mobilization at site of resources - equipment, machinery, materials and labor - required for smooth execution of planned jobs.
• Prepared technical submittals including designs for roads and associated drawings & material submittals and followed up for approval of client, consultant and other authorities.
• Reviewed progress of works against schedules and budgets, produced reports and recommended recovery plans for slippages.

Responsibilities
