Reports
Handling inquires and questions for the call center agents and do the daily
operational reports for the contact center.
Receiving technical calls from home users for installing & maintaining their ADSL
service and helping them for solving their technical problems.
Selling German brand for cutting & grinding disks for users and i was
responsible for the petroleum companies’ project.
Responsible for the (security team - cleaning team - cafeteria team) for
supervising & maintaining their work and also responsible for the purchasing.
maintenance (Software & Hardware) and network installations.
Selling educational & entertainment CDs for users.
City Branch for handling home users ADSL Requests such
as (new subscriptions - changing subscriptions - billings
courses: Accounting) (2008) Courses: * MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer). * ICDL (International Computer Driving License). * American Language Course from MODLI (Ministry of Defense Language Institute). * Computer Maintenance from the ISI (Information System Institute).
