Tasks:
• Coordinating between consultant, design office and site for technical problems.
• Supervision on the executed work.
• Quantity Survey for architectural and structural work.
• Prepare the invoice and its related documents to be submitted to the client.
• Prepare weekly, monthly progress report.
• Review and approve Subcontractors invoices related to the executed progress.
• Prepare Master Time Schedule for the project.
• Prepare detailed time schedule & updating for the whole project.
•Control, monitoring and reviewing project progress
•Preparing shop drawing and bar bending schedule
•Study the project IFC documents (Drawings, Specifications, B.O.Q, etc...)
•Preparing technical and material submitting.
•Contact with supplier to make material submittal.
•Follow-up to the suppliers to supply materials to the sites.
•Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
•prepare contracts for project items.
•prepare daily report for manpower and equipment's day by day and send to General Manager of Egypt Branch.
