Responsible for different departments changed Yearly according to management Requirements as examples for these departments are :
(Dialysis, CT Multi slice and CR. & Multi format Camera, Laboratory, Radiology, ICU&CCU, OPD(Dental, ENT, Non-invasive Cardiology), Emergency, NICU, Different hospital need equipment's as (Patient beds, Infusion Pumps, MRI ..etc)
• Responsible for all maintenance process for my Departments at Dar Al-Fouad 6th of October branch.
•Get ISO Accreditation For 7 Years And JCI Twice with Dar Al Fouad biomedical team. With No comments.
• Apply the principles of protection and policies (Quality and infection Control) for patient against to Biomedical Equipment.
• Prepare all tender documents, submittal sheets for new medical equipment in my departments.
• Supervising the agent's contracts in my departments.
• Prepare a yearly business plans for my department.
• Prepare a yearly Training plans for nurses and technician with Education Department.
• Attend all biomedical department staff yearly training plan.
• Member of Code Blue Committee.
• Member of Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
• Reporting monthly to Biomedical & clinical Engineering Manager.
•Responsible for the PACS, network testing, and interfacing of data acquisition equipment.
•Responsible for the engineering committee to evaluate the biomedical Instrument sets
I worked as one of the founders of Dar Al Fouad clinic project.
•Responsible to follow up the Biomedical Equipment installation, prepare technical report for equipment efficiency.
•Organize the requirement and layout drawing of Biomedical Equipment according to Ministry of Health and RPD.
•Follow up the installation for Medical Equipment and Furniture like OPD (Ex: Cardiology center (GE-Echo/stress test (treadmill)), A-dec Complete Dental Unit, OB Gyn, Ultrasound Rooms, and ENT).
•Follow up the installation and connection of PACS between Dar Al Fouad Hospital (Egypt), Cairo scan (Egypt), and Dar Al Fouad Clinic (Kuwait) as a complete patient data acquisition communication system (HMIS, CCIS, RIS, and PACS).
•Follow up the IVF unit & OR installation (starting from April 2012).
