hardware, software products, web applications and application
security systems.
• Implementing corporate broad IT systems including :
o Corporate oracle ERP, CRM & Call Center, Islamic core banking,
integrated ATM solution, Mobile banking, Mobile payment and
remittance system, VOIP/Data communication, VPN network,
WAN/LAN Network re-designing and implementation, online
system securities, web based eServices systems and oracle BI.

• Successfully directed, developed and implemented the first cheque clearing system in UAE with the central bank of emirates.
• Increasing the corporate capacity in successful implementation for open source ERP products owned by the corporate from 4 projects to 14 projects per year, by restructuring the development team and development process -including PMI and CMM standards, and set-up a full software unit for ERP development in India and UAE.
• Closing critical strategic long open projects with a total value of $23.5M with 3-different governmental organizations, converted a resource leaking account to a valuable account that order new service and generate new profit.
