Preparing financial statment Quarterly and Yearly and management account, Budget and forecasting for potential investment, good relationship with banks reporting for CMA, accounting control for real estate properties to make sure all under control with accounting procedures, review all Policies and procedures, , and any tasks given from CEO and Board Members
Key Activities:
Report to the Chief Executive officer (CEO)
Develop, establish and maintain a framework of financial policies, procedures, system and internal controls to achieve strong financial stability and ensure effective and accurate accounting system.
Managing company’s overall financial accounting and reporting system.
Ensure that Company is on track with all budgets and strategic plans and delivers status reports concerned.
Provide analytical support to management team and develops all internal management reporting capabilities.
Support CEO and other key members of the Senior Management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities and policy matters.
Oversee accurate and timely preparation of the financial and management accounting reports.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, external bodies and other parties as necessary.
Monitors and review all capital and operational expenditure within the approved budget.
Manages the interim and annual financial audit process and ensures compliance of finance standard and procedures, ensuring financial policies are being adhered to as set out in the corporate financial guidelines
Consolidating the Subsi
Reviews with external auditor for final approval on the financial statements and reporting
Manages the team by evaluating the performance of team members,
Preparing monthly financial statements. (Trail Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet& Cash Flow)
Preparing management report for the board of directors .
Prepare Quarter & Year End financial statements and supporting schedules for the Auditors
Preparing Reports CMA Capital Market Authority form (A to Z)
Preparing CBK Central Bank reports(Monthly &Quarter & yearly.. Etc
