Handling all related works to plumbing& fire fighting & fuel systems
I responsible to make Work inspections reports tfor all work at site and submit all required details for getting approval for shop drawings
and materials

Job Duties:
- Working as approved site engineer at Sharq Al-Ahmadi Neighborhood Center Project, which has several buildings: Super Market & Rental Shops Building, Health Clinic Building, Social Unit Building, Social Development Center Building, Library Building, Government Buildings, Security Point Building and Car Parking Areas.
- Responsible to follow up all related services for Fire Fighting, Plumbing And Fuel Systems from Submittals of Shop Drawings, Materials, Equipments Delivery, Authorities Approval (KFD, KNPC, MEW, MPW), Coordination of Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings And Operational Maintenance Manuals.

Job Objectives:
- Monitor and assign work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and limits of authority.
- Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
- Handle the procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company’s Procedures and Procurement department activities.
- Undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.
- Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
- Undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met.
- Responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and or maintenance activity.
- Act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope.
- Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparation of Sub Contract agreements and to recruit people for his area of discipline.

Job Duties:
Supervises the work of relevant mechanical (PL/FF) Contractors to ensure quality and that constructions/installations are in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations, and act as a focal point to the Client.

Key Responsibility:
- Puts into place quality assurance procedures to ensure that procedures for review and inspection of installations are maintained throughout the project period
- Reviews materials and equipment to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications. Coordinate with the Head of Department/Design Staff and obtain their comments prior to auctioning.
- Reviews shop drawings to ensure that they are in accordance with the design and that they are coordinated. Where applicable, receive feedback from the Site Engineer/Inspector or design office and incorporate their comments.
- Inspects deliveries/installed/constructed work to ensure that it is in accordance with the shop drawings and the specifications. Also monitors Contractor's submittals to local authorities and ensure that they are carried out in a timely manner in accordance with the contract document.
- Meets with Local Authorities along with Contractor where required and attend site visits by Local Authorities in order to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth approval process.
- Responds to Contractor's request for information to clarify ambiguities.
- Review and approve Contractor's payment in line with estimated work completion so that he can be paid for the actual work done.
- Reviews and approve Contractor's change order request and variation so that legitimacy and extent can be confirmed. Prepare and issue job site instructions for new works and modifications to the tender contract.
- Attends regular meetings with the Construction team, and the Client to report on progress and help resolve issues where they arise

-Site Mechanical Engineer: At Khiran City - Khiran Resort Project / Pearl City - Works on "Ductile Iron Pipes" for Pure Water and Irrigation Water.
-Site Mechanical Engineer: At Al-Mirqab Area - Al-Asfour Tower Project - Works on Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems.
-Site Mechanical Engineer: In Abu-Helifa City - Al-Dome Leisure Complex - Works on Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems.

-Work as Mechanical Engineer in Method Department At Inspection Section
-The Job of Inspection for Each Electrical, Mechanical Equipment inside the Factory, like e.g. Fan or Conveyor Motors, Belts, Bearings, Couplings, Pressure and Temperature Sensors, ..etc; To Follow Up the Duty of Equipments and Expect any Break Down Of equipment before its happen AND Make An Order to Do Maintenance within few days on global programs connected direct to Main Network Of LAFARGE Group.
-Work and trained with Professional Engineers specialized in different section like e.g. compressors, vibration measurements "on CSI Device", and misalignment, unbalance, looseness problems, and hydraulic systems.
-Participate with Team of Mechanical Maintenance in Schedule for different equipments like e.g. Millers, Main Burner, and Main Cylindrical Stores.
-Participate with Controller Team in Control Room, Controlling and give action of each part of the factory and follow up the problems when its happen to prevent any loose of time work.
