- Leading a team of 13 technicians in multiple sites in Jeddah and Rabigh distributed on 3 companies in group (JCC, ECC, SACLF)
- Leading and undertaking major ICT projects of critical importance, requiring the management of significant resources including the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the effective delivery of ICT Technical Services.
- Preparing, monitoring, and controlling OPEX and CAPEX budgets for ICT infrastructure.
- Ensuring the effective, prudent and accountable use of resources by ensuring compliance with relevant policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Designing, executing and managing multisite networks connected through VPN or MPLS this includes fiber cabling (connecting the factories), internal outlets, telecom rooms and interconnectivity (UTP + Fiber).

- Conducting research and make recommendations on products, services, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts

Badawi Group - Construction & Development was founded in 1969. The company specializes in land development, excavation and site construction for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Built a solid IT infrastructure from Servers, Networking, IP Telephony, and Microwave connections.
- Created secure servers infrastructure on Visualization and storage technologies.
- Developed Stock Management program that is used as a primary database interface to manage constructed units, contracts, bonds, layouts, apartment’s availability alerts and stock report. Program is built on SQL and C#. Program developed specially to as per the requirements of Badawi Group’s management.
- Configured and monitored Video Compression and picture quality vs. the available microwave link bandwidth.
- Configured and monitored Motion Detection, IR and NTP on all CCTV cameras.
- Maintained servers virtual infrastructure based on VMware vSphere 6.
- Managed VOIP network on LAN and WAN connections, using latest Cisco Unified Connection Manager.
- Administer SQL Servers for Stock Management and other DBs like HR database and calls log/monitoring.
- Planned and supervising implementation of microwave links between head office and construction sites for IP Telephony communication, CCTV and remote offices.
