The project consists of: relocation of existing
services, detour works, new bridges & ramps
and new highway road. Monitor & report
progress to Client (Abu Dhabi municipality) on
weekly basis via dashboards, highlight project
risks and suggest actions to control and monitor
risk.
Highlight and report project delays & slippages
and request contractor to mitigate delays.
Monitor productivity and updated project KPI’s
on weekly basis.
Review weekly & monthly reports submitted by
the contractor and provide comments.
In charge of monthly reports to the client with the
needed updates from all departments.
Pavilion Buildings - EXPO 2020:
Planning Manager working at 7 Pavilion
Buildings. Prepare the master schedule. Monitor
progress of design & construction works and
report accordingly to client. Chair planning
weekly meetings with the contractor. Attend
weekly progress meetings with the client and the
contractor and present progress to date at site.
Record delays in design submissions and
construction works at site through formal letters
to the contractor. Monitor progress and delays in
engineering and procurement works and report
to the client. Manage project risk and identify
risk items in design, engineering, procurement
and construction. Update risk register weekly
and report to the client. Review contractor
weekly and monthly reports and highlight
progress and delays and report to the client.
Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly
progress reports for the client.
