Position Overview:
Handling 84 fuel stations, 17 convenient stores & 3 fast lube outlets
In respect to Municipalities notices, verify remarks with Municipalities, address them to company concerned business line, follow up rectification of them until to ensure they are completed & then, notify Municipality accordingly.
In respect to renewing stations licenses, upload online requests, follow up approval of service charges with Finance & ensure further settlement in place.
In respect to issuing dispensers calibrations & product test certificates from Ministry of Commerce & Industry MCI website, upload an online request, coordinate with MCI rep, TMC operations & maintenance teams for preparation & convenient date
In respect to CCTV, follow up installation with IT HO, follow up receiving relevant installation certificates, take snaps of installed CCTV & submit mentioned set of docs to Police approval
In respect to handing regional projects, coordinates different regional projects.
Government & semi-government bodies I am dealing with are, Municipalities, Civil Defense Offices, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Saudi Electricity Co., Royal Commission of Jubail, Amanas (Regional Municipalities e.g. ER & Hassa), Ministry of Transportation
Licenses I am handling are Operations, Safety, Pylons, CCTV & Dispensers Calibration & Product Test Certificates
Online websites I am dealing with are, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, SALAMA, Qatif Municipalities (Tarout, Qatif, Safwa, Anak & Sihat), Hassa Amana/Municipalities & Shamel of Royal Commission of Jubail
In order to achieve mentioned duties & responsibilities, from time to time I am traveling to Jubail, Qatif, Dammam, Khobar, Dhaharn, Abqiq & Hassa
Other duties & responsibilities:
Draft different proposed letters to different government & semi-government bodies in different occasions including landlords & tenants
Follow up issuing renovation & (Addition/Modification) permits
Issue safety plans from consultants & follow up Civil Defense approval
Follow up renewal of government owned station lands with concerned bodies/entities
Respond to MCI complaints for stations calibrations issues, Sahel Mart prices differences & expired items issues
Reporting to the Factory Manager; I manage a team of a qualified assistance and 3 drivers.
Main responsibilities:
Handle activities of shipping (Freight Forwarding, Import, Export & Re-export), Customs clearance, Transportation (domestics & outsource) via the following duties & responsibilities:
- Develops policies, methods, systems and procedures to ensure efficient and economical movement of materials between the office, store, seaports/airports and client/installation site.
- Provides logistical supports to the sales & marketing and functional units by ensuring that materials, supplies, machineries, equipment, tools and other facilities are delivered safely, on time and of the right specification.
- Ensures the safe transport of employees and service personnel to their destination.
- Follow the timely departure & arrival of land transit consignments.
- Monitor, track/follow up, expedite - where necessary - overseas shipment.
- Follow up, monitor & trace shipping docs with relevant parties’ e.g. overseas suppliers, purchasing dept. & accounts.
- Review & then forward the monthly declaration of land transit cargos to designated Insurance Co.
- Invite & encourage freight forwarders, couriers, follow up, obtain their most competitive offers & forward the same to purchasing team accordingly.
- Arrange, follow up outbound overseas shipment shipping docs. & forward the same to a freight forwarder.
- Calculate; obtain necessary approval, coordinate the duty on deposit payments with concern party e.g. clearing agents, higher authority individuals & accounts.
- Direct Logistics team members by applying the necessary course of action i.e. emphasizes, guide, educate, train, evaluate etc.
Main achievements:
- Establish of Logistics Section with the necessary system, procedure, formats etc.
- Saving an average amount of SAR 150, 000.00 through adopting the shipping service.
Reporting to the Business Development Head.
Main responsibilities:
Assist at expanding business with corporate clients e.g. Aramco, SEC, SABIC & some other more though carrying out the following activities:
- Participate in promotional activities and trade shows
- Target & qualify new potential business markets/opportunities.
- Promote and market the company's different products.
- Create, develop and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients
Appointed to establish business with government sector e.g. SEC, Ministries & some other more though carrying out the following activities:
- Secure orders, ensure delivery of material and collection of payments on due dates
- Liaising and building relationships with customers & suppliers
- Providing the company with feedback reports, sales analysis, presenting recommendations for improvement and estimation of sales
- Find new prospects customers continuously
- Receive inquires as well as prepare quotations from and to customers
- Regular contacts with designated commercial accounts through cold-calling and appointments
- Perform daily sales visits
Main achievements:
- Build up the most customers’ database in the market.
- Generate the most number of inquires
- Dramatic sales increment at 2nd quarter of year 2007.
1) Handle all approved PO's processing and convert them to SO's in ERP System.
2) Handle all Sales Section relevant documents issuance (i.e. Sales Orders Confirmation, Delivery Notes, Packing Lists, Invoices).
3) Prepare all export (GCC & Overseas) relevant documents (i.e. Summery Invoices, Requests for Certificates of Origin, Certificate of Origins, etc.) and have them authenticated through both / either Chamber of Commerce and Industry and / or Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
4) Prepare an actual weekly Sales Plan showing what deliveries have been committed and will take a place in reality.
5) Arrange for third party inspections with our clients.
6) Arrange for all different deliveries types (i.e. Ex-Works, FOB's, C&F, .etc.) for different destination (i.e. Local, GCC, Oversea ones) with our Logistic Department.
